Ask Support

What is Wallm and how does it work?

+

Wallm is a WhatsApp API platform powered by Baileys. Connect your WhatsApp number by scanning a QR code and you get a full REST API to send and receive messages programmatically. No Meta Business verification required.

Is Wallm suitable for businesses in Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Egypt?

+

Yes. Wallm is built with the Middle East market in mind. Our infrastructure is optimized for low latency across the Gulf region, and we support Arabic content including RTL messages natively.

What is a credit and how is it counted?

+

1 credit = 1 outbound message sent. Receiving messages is always free and does not consume credits. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.

How quickly can I send my first message?

+

Under 5 minutes. Create an account, generate a session, scan the QR code with your WhatsApp number, and make your first API call. Our documentation walks you through every step.

Can I manage multiple WhatsApp numbers?

+

Yes. The Growth plan supports up to 3 concurrent sessions and Enterprise supports unlimited sessions. Each session is a separate WhatsApp number independently managed via the API.

What happens if my session disconnects?

+

Wallm auto-reconnects sessions on disconnect. If reconnection fails, we fire a session.disconnected webhook so your system can react. Session auth state is persisted and recovers automatically on reconnect.

Do you offer a free trial?

+

Yes — 14 days free, no credit card required. You get full API access on the Starter plan limits. Cancel anytime during the trial and you will not be charged.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

+

Yes, at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

+

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Mada) and bank transfers for Enterprise plans.
